Laguna

The publishing house Laguna was established in Belgrade in 1998 and has since become one of the largest publishing entities in Serbia, releasing nearly 400 new titles annually. To date, Laguna has published over 4,500 titles.

In 2009, Laguna opened its first bookstore in Belgrade on Makedonska Street, followed by another location at 48 Kralja Milana Street, within the building of the Belgrade Student Cultural Center (SKC). Shortly thereafter, the company initiated the Delfi bookstore chain, a sister company built on a decade of publishing experience and inspired by global best practices. Today, the Delfi chain encompasses a total of 45 bookstores.

In addition to its presence in the Serbian market, Laguna has expanded its reach into Montenegro, where it operates four reading clubs, and into Bosnia and Herzegovina, with eight reading clubs. Through gradual expansion, the membership of Laguna’s reading clubs has exceeded 600,000 members across 60 clubs in 29 cities throughout Serbia.
